Bio: Spinal used to live in buckham he first started out his journalist career. He wasn't exactly most "friendly" at the job
when he used to be in buckham. Since his tempter got him and ended up almost murdered another pony due to frustration.
They moved him to Sapphire shores, where he can do his career under the sea. However he will sometimes come out of
ocean to near beach during sun down. If you are lucky to see him, he may ask you questions or take few photos. Otherwise he is
pretty much loner guy.

Status: Single and prefers to stay alone. Unless you can impress him then different story.
Personality: Short tempter, quiet, stubborn and not easy to impress.
He usually just stone faced all way through. If you can close to him and crack stone face on him.
He can be pretty soft and friendly if he wants to.
Quirks: He doesn't like to show his flippers and his right eye. He grinds his teeth when he is frustrated at something or angry.
He always wears some kind of fedora on his head or wears a ripped trench coat. Always wears bandages on his body and tail. You may hear him on top of rocks, his hooves pretty loud making noise. Lastly, sometimes you will see some blood on his face near his hooves. Since considering he is also hunter he does catch some fish. You may see him cook it but very unlikely.
